Hi,

Does anyone know what this symbol means?
What is it called?

I mean the one in the top that looks like a candy :p

Thanx in advance :)

Loks like "...symbol used to indicate when to use a particular mallet or the hands when playing any particular percussion instrument".

At end of page....

Thank you very much Gocauo..

That really helps because in the piece I have there are two of it, so I thought it means to jump or to repeat something..

:)

It may be used in a nonstandard way, perhaps if you posted the whole sheet it would be easier to figure out what is meant.

It's Aziza..

Since I'm posting the sheet, are there any wrong bars?

It looks okay, I didn't check the whole thing too carefully. It's written with a bit more complexity than necessary—the basic melody is simpler, they just wrote in a lot of elaborations.

They are using that symbol as an extra coda symbol—basically just to indicate where to go after the second time at the segno (refrain).
