strings for floating bridge
Do floating bridge ouds require longer strings?

Technically, yes, but most oud strings are long enough to work on either.
Some strings can be tricky, I seem to remember the Pyramid #650 set requiring a creative peg arrangement in order to get them to work.

i tried la bella arabic on 2 floating bridge ouds i have, both 19 cm neck length. the strings are long enough.
