Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum - this is my first post. I saw a stand on the Khalaf Luthiery website and I was wondering where it came from. See the first

It seems perfectly designed for an oud -- is this stand (or something similar) for sale anywhere? Thanks!

I would suppose that being a luthier a highly skilled carpenter, he made it himself. But would like to hear his answer too.

Kevin Cloud makes them.
He usually makes them in batches, sells all, then waits a bit before making the next batch.

I have two new stands for sale.
$195 plus additional shipping from San Francisco Bay Area, California.
I have tried making one just for curiosity. There is a lot of work involved as none of the joints are perpendicular to each other.
Well worth the price if the quality of the stand complements your oud.
