What oud does Anouar Brahem play??
Sorry if this has been covered before but, what kind of oud does Anouar Brahem play. Anyone know the specific maker or makers? I saw him a couple
years back in Monterey, CA and he was amazing! The tone of his oud had a great warmth to it. I know there was reverb added but it still sounded so
deep and rich. Anyway, if anyones knows please let me know. Thanks.

I have seen Anouar using 3 ouds for recording and concerts.
His Abdo Dagher, and he used it for his early recordings.
His beautiful Abdo Nahat, lovely oud indeed , he used it in Thimar with Dave Holland and John surman.
His old Jamil Gergis (the father), for his latest recording and concerts.
