Im interested in a Faruk Türünz Reduced Price (1300) oud.
However, Im confused as to whether he makes two models (one turkish and one Arabic, or just uses different strings in each case). I'm impressed by his
technology, but want to confirm because I am looking for a new turkish oud.
Also, I have a non musician friend who can pick one up for me in Istanbul, but should i trust that he would get one without defects because he would
have no idea how to inspect it? I'm mostly concerned about the sting action.
