Raafata, reading this thread of interest again, I'm seeing your question. I missed the continuation of this thread.
And by the way discover also this master, Mu'ataz al Bayati, I didn't knew before.
I didn't found the book said before but found this webpage for the 7th string organisation, forum which seems mainly dedicated to Ruhi al Khammash
on their fb page you will find several pictures for pieces / exercice from Mu'ataz al Bayati and Ruhi al Khammash
And on their website some books for download, around the Iraqi heritage
