This is really a reply to catprincess but applies in general so I thought I'd put it in a separate thread. There is a utility that is called "Total
Recorder" that allows you to record any music that is playing on your PC even if the source of that music is a file streaming from the internet. See
www.highcriteriacom. I use the $12 version and it does everything I need. I have no connection with this company. But I have lost the ability to play
certain files because there web site went away and with utility I can record them and not have to worry.
