Shows / oud related areas to visit in Istanbul

Hello everyone,
I will be visiting Istanbul for a few days soon, and I am wondering whether there are mandatory things to see for oud lovers.
Do you guys have any recommendations for shows or oud related areas to visit ?

I would visit Faruk Turunz’s Oud shop if possible.

Do you have any idea if he is okay with visitors ? I would also be very interested in learning a bit about how to build a oud !
