Sold - Vintage Fawzi Monshed floating bridge Iraqi oud for sale
Hello all,
A genuine Fawzi Monshed floating bridge Iraqi oud, made in 1990 in Bashra, Iraq, is up for sale.
This is THE real thing in Iraqi ouds - the epitome of the famous Bashir sound. Unfortunately Iraqi-style ouds are not my thing and space is limited,
so it has to go and find a good new home.
Bowl is Indian rosewood, top is spruce. It's in remarkable condition given its age. I am not the first owner of course - I bought it in Athens, Greece
where it is located now, too.

I had to delete your responses here. Though you are free to express dissatisfaction with a particular maker, it cannot be done on another member's
post advertising his oud for sale.
Feel free to highlight your experience with this maker in another thread, though I would urge you to do so in an objective and respectful way.
