My attempt at building a Maple solid body electric Oud


Attached is a slideshow showing my attempt at building a solid Maple body electric Oud. Currently the Oud is now having a custom made under saddle transducer installed by a local luthier, Peter Tsiorba. Enjoy the slideshow accompanied by one of my favorite taqsims from Michael Ibrahim.
