Scale questions, metc.

Let's say I want to build a silent oud with a 60cm/23.5" scale.

Nut width?
String width at the nut?

Nut/saddle material - bone, etc?

Neck thickness at the nut and where it meets the body?

Or is there a blueprint out there that will answer all those questions?
