Threadwalker

Hello friends and fans of Mike's ouds forum.

I just finished updating the ThreadWalker app. It is up-to-date and includes a great many links that I was able to extract from the threads.

You may never have tried the ThreadWalker app before so this is a good time to discover it.

Just click on the THREADWALKER link on the menu bar above, or click here: myouds.com/Mike or, in any browser, type mikeouds.com/Mike in the address line.

Then click on HELP to get an understanding of the application.

I hope you will find it useful and entertaining

Thanks

Threadwalker note

I forgot to mention that since the very first surviving thread (# 11) dates back to December of 2002 (!!!) many of the links I recovered are quite obsolete and lost.

I tried to clean them up as much as I could but inevitably you will run into some duds.

Please be understanding and don't give up. There's a lot of stuff there.

This is also true of many youtube videos. They were removed by youtube for various reasons over the last 20 years.

Anyway, enjoy the rest

Thank you Spyros for updating this section, indeed your work is a great contribution to this forum. Searching the threadwalker index is much easier and more straightforward than using the search box (and using google for that matter).

Searching

Thanks for your kind words Amir.

In fact if you use Firefox as your browser you can get the best of both worlds as far as searching is concerned:

1) Use my Subjects droplist to display the list of threads by author or subject
2) When the little window shows up click the Firefox menu within that window and use their 'Find' facility for searching.

I don't know why Chrome doesn't do it.
