Oud Restoration

Hi everyone, I just came into posession of an old oud, its about 30 yrs old, syrian oud. Its not in the best shape, the peg box is broken on one side, and a couple of the ribs are cracked. i was wondering if any one knew of any oud restorers in northern california, or if you had any advice on how to fix it.
thank you

Restoration

I'm located in south Washington, just over the border from Portland, Oregon. You can see some of my restoration work at: http://www.droud.com/restoration.htm
I have written a book "The Oud, Contruction and Repair" that covers all the details you would need to know to restore your oud yourself:
http://www.droud.com/book.htm Purchase include support for a year or your first project.
You can email me from my web site or at droud@copper.net if I can be of any further assistance. My best wishes for success with your project. Attached is a picture of a 1901 Hana Nahat I restored recently. -Richard
