Anyone Heard of this Oud Maker?

The label on my Turkish oud says "Oztas, Ut Evi" and "Ergun Oztas."

Anyone know anything about this oud maker? It was made in 1985 but I purchased used in Jordan a few years later. It's actually my favorite oud.
