Try and play those pieces at that speed by yourself, nevermind having to rely on someone else to do right/left hand...gimmicy? maybe, but these are two very good players.

On two ouds, two established oud players would be able to synchronize their timings to perfection. Now, from where that is to what is shown in the video, the offset does not seem to be quite spactacular.

I saw it about a week ago on youtube and I think that's pretty darn good! Kinda' funny when you look at it at about 2:10 minutes in, or so, the guy in the back checks his watch twice. I wonder if he had seen it many times before, as the esemble, and was looking to get to the end of the show. Great performance, anyway!
