I participate to the workshop of Iraqi Maqam with Anwar Abu Dragh.

Cool story that goes with the pic... Also called, "why my wife is the best"
Every time her family comes into town, we make the pilgrimage to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens... Now I guess I should say that God in his wisdom
did not grant me an appreciation for Gardens... Don't get me wrong, I think flowers are pretty, and I believe I'm able to appreciate ONE flower... or
even a small bouquet... But 3 hours of walking around an looking at plants just ain't my cup of tea... even if they are all pretty... Truth be told,
I'd rather watch paint dry.... And since 'family' was involved, staying home was not an option for me..."
When I got to the car on Sunday morning... my wife had set my Oud in the back seat... Talk about a nice surprize.... Her plan was for her and my
mother-in-law to walk the gardens and then stop by and visit me occasionally while I played...
