Video is TV studio performance. Good video and sound quality, hence, so big file. I did not have problem downloading and unpacking. There are no data on other musicians. There are double necked shaz (one fretted one unfretted!?), fretted small oud(?), nay, kanoon, ...). Try again. If you don't have luck I can upload in 3 parts.

Branko,

Yahoo!! thank you so much, it worked fine for me. I sent you a u2u message.

I'm often impressed with the sound that TRT gets for their broadcasts using only Shure SM-57s, or at least that's what they look like. wonder if they use more mics above or if it's so isolated like it looks.

anyhoo...

yeah surprising to see the double-necked saz, fretless! never heard or thought it was possible to get any kind of sound out of a fretless saz. and the small fretted ud looks to me like a lavta.

Murat Salim Tokaç is an awesome musician. I saw him live once a few years ago in Washington DC when "Lalezar" was in the US and he's so so great.

thanks again.

there is a track played with fretless saz. Name of group is Bengi Baglama Üçlüsü from Türkiye. Performers name is Okan Murat Öztürk. Name of piece is ''bahcede yesil hiyar''

There is some problems about volume of fretless saz. the volume of fretless is very poor and low. because of that fretless saz is only for studio playing and recording. but some people in turkey are trying to solve this problem with various methods.

Hi Branko,

When I tried to download, I was informed on each website that the file I was seeking had been deleted :(
