That link timed out on me, but maybe you're talking about his "When the Soul Is Settled: Music of Iraq." I just love it! I got mine through Smithsonian/Folkways here in the US. http://www.folkways.si.edu should get one close enough. Much other cool listening available.

I think it's worth mentioning that "When the Soul is Settled..." was nominated for a Grammy this year. Though it didn't win the grammy, it's truly a milestone for the oud and Iraqi music.
