oud Strings in France??
Does anyone know where I could find a very good quality of oud strings in France. I prefer strings (with the third G plain nylon) Pyramid or La Bella
arabic tuning!!

i don't know if you've ever tried them but aquilcorde here in italy make durable and beautiful sounding strings for the oud in both arabic and turkish
tuning - and most recently, in two (i think) gauges:

you can certainly receive them in france without paying - either directly or indirectly - import duties.

Bonjour Hassan,
Il y a à Paris un luthier spécialisé dans le oud, ça s'appelle Point d'Acroche, le magasin se trouve à Porte de Saint-Ouen. Ils font des cordes
sur mesures aussi, c la que je prends mes cordes, ils peuvent meme te les envoyer. C'est fermé en aout donc appelle en septembre (l'après midi
plutot que le matin)
