Old oud information/sale
I bought this oud but have very little info. I have not played it and think it should go to a new home. Any offers for sale.
The original owner was in N.Africa during the war but also went to Damascus and Persia so this might have come from anywhere. It is fairly old 40/50
years and very attractive, inlaid wood, bone mother of pearl & maybe ivory, no ebony though.Pegs are stained. Have more pics.

is there a label on the inside of the main rosette?
if so can you try and picture it?

Sorry forgot to look at my replies. I can't see anything much through the rosette, there isn't anything that I can see. Wish there was.
