Nevud same classical oud

Nevud (Newoud) invited by Dr. Cengiz Sarikus last year. It has very deepbass and long treble sound and sample plays.
The professional oud player "Gursel Torun" play the "Nevud" at this video.

The sound is very very close to an oud but it seems to have a subtle quality in the midrange that gives it something different. Beautiful sound! I have one of Cengiz' ouds and love it. It was modeled after a Syrian oud from the turn of the century and has a slightly longer scale than most Turkish ouds. His craftsmanship is very impressive.

Cheers,
Roy
