Please help with this label


I bought this cheap oud, it needs a new nut for starters, but in the meantime can someone please help me by translatig the label

Thanks for pointing me to that article, it is very interesting. By the way mine is buzzing a lot from the strings, and what tuning do you suggest it comes with four double courses and one single.
