Digital Video Camera MEPG4 Output, Some how oud related

Hi Guys,

I am planning to put more Oud videos of my own taqsims on Youtube or downloads files. I have got Canon Camera, which i need to covert the file to MPEG4 after recording and that it takes long proccess to do that. First to find the right Software to covert the file and then send it to youtube. Plus the sound out with canon camera is not loud enough.

I need a Digital Video Camera where i can get MPEG4 format directly from the Camera with clear,loud sound. Please Advise? Brand Name and Sound pictures and quality?

The latest models of Sony Hard Drive camera provide such quality,i cant get you the model if you like
