Hello Oudman,
I'm very impressionated by Hazem Shaheen's play ! Both subtil and dynamic at once, very rich play, but why going so hurry to finish at the end?:D
What's this nice 13string, that had a little hot under the spotlights? a M. Fadel or other?
I like those plays to:

hi oudman - Hazem Shaheen plays it splendidly, especially with that rather discerning audience sitting there listening!
I found his oud very attractive, he's a 13 strings man! could it be a Yaroub Fadel oud??
bonjour Gilgamesh my dear friend, that's our very own Samir in those clips! :)

hello Massiouna, do you think I haven't recognized him, because he isn't green there yet? What are his ouds?

are you talking about my ouds ?
they are nothing special.
Some of them are just beginner ouds but with the bowl made solid and i fix them up to play right.
that particular one is my pick nick one.

by the way i have lots to learn before i can consider myself a oud player at all...
i am just so in love with this instrument.

It's him. I was at that concert. TP, JV, and Lee were too. I remember no video was permitted. Hmmm, I wonder how that clip made it on the web. That looks pretty close to the angle of where my seat was too!
