Man Gravesmo,

This oud has some serious wow factor. Mr G. is quite an artist -- his finish work looks exquisite, and I love the wide black separator strips. The payoff is the sound though -- I've seen lots of beautiful woodwork over the years, with just "okay" sound -- from what I can tell from the sound sample it's got a very lovely resonant tone, and pretty even response. Enjoy it in good health, and nice playing too !

Regards,

Paul

Hi,

I just now saw this post (I haven't been on the forums so much lately).

I really love both of your Gurbuz ouds, congratulations and enjoy them.

His sound and workmanship are great, and you seem to have two really good examples of his work.

:)

Take care,

mavrothis
