Hoping to Buy Haluk Learner's Woman Sized Oud....
I've been doing a lot of reading over the last few days, and based on what I want - a slightly smaller oud to insure I can fully reach around it,
learners/beginners level, as this is the first instrument - ever - that I will be trying to teach myself how to play, and as I don't want to spend
too much, it seems like one of Haluk's learners/beginners level women's oud would fit my bill perfectly, may he rest in peace.
I was hoping that someone in the US might have one used that they are willing to sell/have graduated past. I'd prefer the walnut/mahogany (if a beggar
can be choosy) with the ebony or balsam pegs.
I hope that I will hear from someone soon.

Thank you Samir - that is a lovely oud, and you put so much work into it! It looks like it is a full sized oud, though? What are the measurements on
it? Are you still asking for 500 + shipping?
Thank you kindly.

yah i just put the price down today
I cant accept to see it sitting around not being played and you seem like someone with a genuine interest for the oud.
as for the size.
The scale lenght is 56cm and the bowl is really quite small.
I can try to take a picture of it next to my other ouds for comparaison purposes.
I also have a picture of my fiancée holding it.
I can send it to you by email if you would like.
send me an email at samir_nassif@hotmail.com if you need more info.
