From the older generation, Selim al-Nur was an Iraqi jew, a good oud player and composer. there's a recording of him available somewhere--try
searching the posts, I think someone posted a link before.
Yair Dalal is a good Israeli oud player with a lot of records.
A little-known oud player living in New York is Yoel ben-Simhon; he's Moroccan-Israeli
