Floating bridge oud ????

i want to ask about Floating bridge oud what different dose it make when the oud Floating bridge has

The traditional bridge is glued to the face. The string tension applies a rotational moment (twisting) on the bridge so the tension is limited by the strength of the glue joint. The floating bridge is limited only by the strength of the soundboard structure. The structure can be designed to alllow much higher string tension force allowing higher pitch tunings or more string courses.

Hi,

Beside the reason nadir mentioned before, I found that Floating Bridge has much clear tones than the fix bridge.

Having said that, you should get it from good maker to noticed the difference. Not any maker can make floating bridge oud and present it in good shape sound wise.
