Hi. I really recommend you buy his CD. It is definitely worth it just for the recordings, but the liner notes are also really great.

To support the arts we have to also support the artists.

Hi Elrabee.

The two albums I know of are his solo album: "The Art of the Turkish Oud" -Rounder Records; and one with Necdet Yashar (famous tanbur player) - does anyone remember the title of this last disc? Sorry I forget, I know it's a well-known ensemble.

Cool, thanks oudman! :) Elrabee, those are the only two albums of Dr. Beken that I'm aware of. Both are great, but his solo album is a must have I think. :)
