Translation help please


Ahlan ya asdiqa

can anybody translate for me the name (in red) of this egyption font. normaly i can read arabic but not this kind of font.
its of my consumer oud from mouhamad ali street
in cairo.
its not a masters instrument but i can take it everywhere and it sounds realy nice
especialy the nylons

And I also believe he has a nickname "Al Asiouty", he is obviously from Asiout, in Upper Egypt.

Oud was built in Saudi though, wasn't it? Look at the upper left corner, the crossed swords and the palm tree.
