faruk turunz!!!
Hello everybody..
I always hear beautiful things about Faruk Turunz ouds.
As many of you know I will go to istanbul on Easter time and I would love to visit him\ who knows? maybe he has some ouds ready for me!!
Where can I find him?
Does anybody have his email address?
How much does a medium-high quality Turunz oud costs?

There must lots of people here who have visited his workshop and can tell more. The website gives his "regular" oud (not double top) prices 1400-2000
USD ("quality oud" to "grand concert oud") but this information has been the same for ages - does somebody know if they still are correct?

Hi Daniele
When I visited Faruk late last year he didn't have ouds ready-made to buy 'off-the-shelf'. So if you want a Turunz oud I think you will have to put in
an order before you arrive? Easter is very close so my advice is to contact Faruk ASAP and discuss costs and the various models that he makes
(farukturunz@yahoo.com).
Good luck with your trip and I hope you are able to take home a Turunz oud.

Hello
You can contact via email and then discuss via msn for exemple. Last year his waiting time were of 3 months for an order, when I visited his workshop
he had also a second hand oud for sale. An order has the great advantage he will make an oud which fits all your needs.
