Hi Hassan :)

How long have you been learning? And I didn't get you well.. Do you read music sheets or not? It seems you're into the Arabic style not Turkish right?

As for easy songs.. most of Fayrouz's songs are easy to play.. and tell me if you want music sheets for her I have some..

As for samaiis.. there are some well know ones.. like Samaii Hijaz Kar by Tatyos Afandi for example.. I don't have specific ones in mind right now.. but you may also want to consider basharefs..

What about Abd el Halim for example? Just let us know what style you're into so we can help you better :)

Best of luck :)

Hi Reda

Thanks pour your reply

I start learning music notation with a oud teacher for 6 months and stopped after the teacher changed his home .

I read sheet music but i have some probleme with a rythm .

I like turkish music but with many time of work anyday i try to play this music.
I am playing arabic style of course . I like Fayrouz , Farid al Atrashe , oum kalthoum and Abdel halim .and others
If the song is with a tempo rythme not fast .

I consider basharefs or samai if it's easy to learn and play .

Any easy song for this singers can help me .

Thanks you

Best regards

Hi Hassan.

Here is Nassam 3alayna el Hawa attached. It is pretty simple.

If you have anything else in mind tell me. Do you play maqams with microtones or yet? Like rast, bayati, segah..?

Do a google search for ''simplified middle eastern songs'' The album helped me get into this type of music... it's slow and easy to playalong to...I think it was made for Westerners :)

Hello all

Thanks for help

Reda

I play the bayati , hijaz , rast , nahawand maqams .

I think the best way to learn is to have easy songs with sheet and oud mp3 to play very well , this can help to lessen and play with goot tempo .

Thanks you

Best regards

Hi All.

I am sorry for being late.. but I was overloaded the past few days, so couldn't record anything.

Here is the link for Nassam 3alayna el Hawa. I played it in its simple form as written in the above music sheet, without any ornamentation so you can easily learn it and then play it in your own style.

Good luck! Let me know your progress :)
