The nut is also referred to as "mosht".

I don't know about the difference in terminology between floating and fixed bridges in Arabic.. Do you Ziad?

peg=key= moftaH.....keys= mafateeh

pegboard= "house of the keys"= bait el mafateeh

the nut= al anF

fingerboard= zind

the sides or edges of the fingerboard= al hijab

the holes= shamsia (also referred ot as "amaria")
............. shamsia may be specific to the rosettes while amaria= hole

string= wutar...... strings= awtaR

pikguard= al rokma

bridge= farass or jirs (or al ghazal)

fixed bride= ghazal thabit

floating bridge= "moveable bridge"= ghazal mutaharik

bottom of the oud (where strings of floating bridge are attached)= heel= al ka3b

the front of the oud= wish al oud

the back = DhaHr al oud

the bowl= I heard this called "al taSa"

the "ribs" that make up the bowl= al adla3

Hope this helps :)
