Peppe, That is lovely you play very well. Please do you have contact details for Marco Salerno and also. What is the tuning you use on your lute?. Nichola, please can you also tell how you tune your lute?. Thanks to you both.

Marco salerno has a website and speaks english fluently, http://www.marcosalerno.it/ my lute's tuning is (from high to low) g(unison)d(unison) a(octave) D(octave) G/A(single string).

My tune is g-d-a-d from the high sometime i tune it 1 tone lower !
But basically the intervals between t stings are the same!

Whatever you can say intelectually about the lute and its authenticity - it's just a beautiful sound and music
