Spyros is in my possession now

If you guys want him back, you will have to pay a significant ransom.

No seriously, I finally met Spyros in maryland and since then he has presented me and the rest of the oud players in the area with a lot of instruction and advice. I have not met a more knowledgeable person or a more talent musician. I

He played for us his oud and the sound was amazing. We also met with some other oud players here and they also played really well and showed us their instruments that were very beautiful also.

Hilal

Hehehe...it's great to hear you all had a wonderful time together. Spyros really is a great guy and a great player, with a lot of knowledge of the oud. And very generous, I often had the pleasure of staying with him and his family for extended periods in Athens, and those were some of the best days, meeting and playing with lots of great people in his circle of friends.

I hope you will be able to share him with me too before too long, now that he is here to stay in the USA! :)

Mprabo re Spyro!

Also to thank for the honor to come to my workshop/gathering and play together.
It was a wonderfull evening and I am very happy for it.

Mavroudi thank you my friend for your help and support all these years. You are a true brother and great player.
I own you alot. You know....this picture is some kind of sacred picture to me.I keep it in my wall and in my soul.I own everything to my teacher Nikos Saragoudas and to Yasemi Saragouda....They are the most generous people I ever known.
Best Regards to all :wavey:
