how to make the peg holes smaller

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on the best method to resize the holes for the tuning pegs? I am installing Perfection pegs and the holes on the peg box are to wide... thanks in advance for your insight.

It's not just diameter, the taper (delta of position over delta of diameter) is normally crucial, and it's all delicate. If the Perfection Pegs are stationary at the edges (and only the inside section turns), I guess I would try to fill in the pegholes around the pegs with a paste of sawdust (to match color) and liquid hide glue.
