Question about Sukar Ouds

Hi everyone
I was wondering if anyone knows the best way of buying
Sukar Ouds from distance.?
Does he sell directly and ship or I have to bye his ouds
from a second party?
Does he speak English or I have to speak Arabic to be
able to call him?

Hey Ali,

you can always try calling him and ordering directly from him, you can find his contacts on his website http://www.oudsukar.com and there's absulotly no need for a second party. I'm sure it'll be better if you speak Arabic or have someone who speaks Arabic call but if not you can always try and you might get lucky with English.

Hello Ali :wavey:

He speaks no English and so emailing is also a waist of time. Its best to ask an Arabic friend, if you have one, to telephone and arrange an order. A qualified interpreter is the best if you want to avoid complications. In the UK these are available via local authority services and I think they charge by the hour. Your local college or mosque may be able to assist with an arabic speaker.

To my knowledge, Mr. Sukar does not send ouds!
I have ordered from him more then once, but I either had to get the oud myself, or send someone to fetch it for me.ut

But the man is a GRATE person, so it is worth the try!!

By the way, where are you located?

I am is Seattle USA , so its not possible to get oud directly from
him if you can't go to aleppo . ?

I might even be able to get the oud to Norway for you.. but we'll have to work out something from here : )

Thank you very much for this , I really appreciate your such nice sugestion .
I will try to find other options that wouldn't troble any one as much and if can't
I guess I will have to contact you to work out some way from Sukar to Norway and
Norway to Usa .
Waw I never thought finding and bying an Oud from Sukar is that hard!
