This is actually a CD/DVD for maqams, etc..

that is not the CD-DVD one, this is a manual 2-3 wheels or discs if you like to call them, atop of each other that you turn them certain ways to get

The discs were only sold in Syria during the 80's..
I think they're already out of print..
