Akram, your Abu Ala looks beautiful. I have one by him that is a fixed bridge, cedar top and much inlay on the back and neck. However, with all due
respect, why are you asking so much money for yours? I know his prices have gone up due to the cost of goods, but not THAT much. Is there anything
very special about this oud that raises the price?

the wood is sysam
abo alaa have clasic oud made from sysam with inlay in the back like your oud and it cost 3000$
the soundboard that abo alaa used in my oud is 2 peacis of spruce and higher quality.
the sound is more than you think it is not like the other ouds you know.
i know your oud i visit abo alla all the time and played on many of his ouds
