I am totally new to oud and planning to get one and begin learning. Please can someone tell me if this oud good for the price?

they're decent, but might be a bit out of your price range. Just a thought.
The oud at the link you posted looks like one by Haluk (who passed away last year).
It's tough to by an oud mail order, unless someone you know has experince with the store..you never know what you're going to get.
