I have one installed on one of my Sukar ouds... It's not doing the job and I think I'm going to go to the western classic (4 Piezio) instead. If you
tap the soundboard, it booms... but it dosen't pick up the music very well and you really have to jack up the gain on the preamp to get signal....

I know that Pat Olson uses one on his Richard Hankey oud, with a Baggs Para DI, he likes it. I've got internal pickups installed by Viken, so I
haven't really had a chance to experiment with any of the other pickup designs...although I do love to play with this stuff.
