How do you clean unfinished wood?

Hi all!
Does anyone know how to clean unfinished wood and keep it clean and maintain it? In particular, I am refering to the sound board.
This topic must have been adressed before in this forum but I'm not sure how to research it.

Hi,
I use these products to clean my instruments (oud and guitars):
Top, bowl and neck :
- Dunlop n°65 :

with a smooth cloth like this (Planet Waves) :

You can also clean the strings with GHS Fast Fret :
