lyric books and music books in abu dhabi?

i am going to abu dhabi soon and would like to know where i can find a bookstore or music store which sells kyric books of yemeni/saudi/uae/kuwaiti etc. songs.

For example lyric book of hussein almohdar/muhd jumaan khan/ adulrahman alhaddad/ abdullah rowaished/abu bakar salem belfageh etc.

And also where i can get music books on the oud or arabic music or yemeni/saudi/ uae music etc
