I've been taking lessons with my friend Mav, and I wanted to post something of my oud playing. I am still a beginner obviously.

Hi my man. Your technique is progressing well. Just take a listen though and compare the example of the longa I showed you and what you played for
us. Pick out where you are drifting from the melody. In the other song I really like some of the things you are doing, like the octaves and tremolo.
