I have a Meinl case, custom made to measures, very sturdy and comparatively elegant and small, but its above £200

I agree with Matthew. Jameel's case is the best. I have one. I have a few hard cases. His design is the best.

no idea how good they are but anatolia-store.com has some hard cases for Turkish ouds at $129 + shipping.
