I3zif tuning

Hi everyone, new to the forums as well as the oud. I have recently purchases the following oud from eBay, http://www.ebay.com/itm/181202560052?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_...

Will be receiving it in about ten days hopefully. I also bought a subscription to i3zif, the oud instruction site. So my question is being that my oud is a Turkish Sandi, will I still be able to tune it to the Arabic tuning (GAD) of The I3zif instructor.

And what do I need to know about tuning as I have never done it before? Can the people at the local guitar center do it for me? I have seen those electric tuners online is that what you guys use to tune?

Thanks for everyone's help I am really enjoying these forums. And tell me what you think of the oud I bought.
