Thomasik strings
Hey guys,
I found that Thomastik strings are the best for ouds with 60 cm string length and "sharqi" sound. I have never experienced any better strings,
however, I would like to know if any of you tried any other brand similar to Thomastik charictaristics. Thomastik are not easy to get although I live
in Austria, and usually exageeratedly expensive if found.
Any suggestions?

Lieber Matthias,
Danke fuer die Info. Gut zu wissen dass die seiten bei dir ferfuegbar sind. Ich wollte noch fragen wie hoch die versandkosten sind.
Es waere auch sehr nett von dir wenn du erfahrung hast welche seiten sind eahnlich zu Thonastik 315A

equivalent to is a relative point. I have several clients who are using these strings, but mainly I prefer the sets I composed by the Pyramid lute
strings. There are so many individual strings, that it is possible to put togather optimal sets. I have many of them in my shop.
The thomastic strig set has no variations, only one tuning and one fixed tension. This is not always good.
Most of the professionals play that strings by Pyramid.

OK, wie kann mann die entscheidung treffen, welche Saiten optimal fuer bestimmte Ouds sind? Ich mein die Pyramid custom saetze jezt

this is only a matter of trials and to hear if the result fits you expectations.
And about the pyramid sets, I do have a lot of experiencies what to put on which instrument. So if you like you can call me about this
