Advice for beginners for various oud music in regions

hello there, beginner here, curious to know from yall as of this year, what's some easy ways or players to listen to songs & ensembles with oud from various areas? I own a arabic zeryab oud & learning off of website Izif. I know I want to play everything someday but unsure how to even start listening then looking up, so any sources is appreciated! All I know most is listen to arabic players or top ones if starting out??? I got a darbuka, can always record myself & improvise over but I only know a handful of short maqam scales & saved song pages from the website.
I know it ranges from andalusian/al-andalus, byzantine, greek, lebanon, armenian, arabic, turkish, iranian, egyptian, syrian, jazz, hungarian, medieval spanish, simple tunes from rennasaince, italian folk, all that.
