Hi Awad!
I have had Alice Violin strings and they seem decent quality for the price (I think they were about £2!!). I don't know if they last long because I
don't play my Violin as much as my Oud. Please let us know how the strings are, I was going to buy some for my Moroccan Oud that has very old
strings.

Hi Mat,
Hope you're ok, we'll see about Alice just trying to decide which oud the go on
and will share the findings, I a bit hesitant when it comes to strings, I have no complaint about my current choices of Aquila and Pyramids.
Stay tuned,
Cheers
Best Regards
Awad

I tried them on the 13 string I built, wasn't impressed at all. They are nothing special but for the price it was worth trying.

Hi Awad mate, I am loving my Shehata even more than before. It's amazing how much it's matured. The sound is less 'tinny' than before and more
'wholesome' (I'm sure there is a better word to describe it)...
Peter sends regards back to you too, and hopes everything is going well with you and your Ouding. And from me too.
See you next time.
