Nice Free Windows Tuner
I thought this had been posted in the past but I couldn't find it...
AP tuner is a very nice software tuner ( http://www.aptuner.com). It supports multiple temperaments, custom stretch tables, and shows the frequency decay of individual harmonics. For you
Apple folks, sadly, it seems to be Windoze only. Free to use though donations are accepted.

Sorry for the delayed reply but I've been traveling lately...
You can add any pitch sets you like and define the pitches in that pitch set as well as add "stretch" factors to each pitch. However, the software
only knows about the 12 Western pitches.
